Don't use meta platforms and Amazon prime on Tues, Wed, Frid and Sunday ( prime days ). make this indi only purchase days for example - Anywhere in the world . It's disabled friendly , it can work for those who are remote and isolated .

I'm suggesting we stop on 4 days a week ( Tuesday , Wednesday, Friday and Sunday ) and with meta and Amazon especially because this is accessible to those who rely on those services can't give up entirely - as so many disabled people do . But roughly every second day ? #accessstrikes
