Len nods and looks up at the circling, buzzing aircraft around where the Spire stood yesterday. “I think that settles that,” she says and sits down at the edge of the lounger besides me. “Scooch up, I don’t want to take all this standing up. I do as she says and she reclines beside me. The lounger groans under our combined weight, but I don’t mind at all. “So, where do I start…” I say. “You mentioned a cocoon?” Len says, sounding fascinated. “Right. That.” Then I tell her everything that happened since my heart started beating again, leaving absolutely nothing out. I tell her about Morgan, about Arturo, about everything leading me up to the Spire, about what I found in there, about the memories I recovered. About my old name and relation to Morgan. I tell her everything, and the Sun sinks below the horizon before everything is finally said. At some point she puts her arm around my shoulders, and I could not have asked for more in that perfect moment. THE END

Atb 14 day progress (Ignore trackbear saying 15 days, my writing sessions stretches across midnight, so doesn't count, had 14 daily writing sessions) 50k written, more than halfway done in two weeks!

I did it! I wrote 50K into #AfterTheBite in two weeks! I didn't set out to do this specifically, but i gotta zoom to get ahead of #Revpit!
