Argan, Inc. Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results Argan (NYSE: AGX) reported Q3 fiscal 2026 results for the quarter ended October 31, 2025, and recorded a project backlog of $3.0 billion. Consolidated Q3 revenues were $251.2M (down 2.3% year-over-year) with gross profit of $46.9M and gross margin of 18.7%. Q3 net income was $30.7M or $2.17 diluted EPS; quarter EBITDA was $40.3M. For the nine months, revenues were $682.6M, net income $88.6M (diluted EPS $6.27), and EBITDA $106.8M. Cash, cash equivalents and investments totaled $726.8M and the company reported no debt. The company increased its cash dividend to $0.50 per share for the quarter and will host an investor webcast on December 4, 2025.
