They're stupid since it's an arms race that will suck up exactly as much power as given.
They will fill these with less efficient chips if they get more power, but use #photonicAI if not and advance that field instead. Which has some European players like #Akhetonics.

For instance are either looking at an #RVA23 integration? Working with a #torusinterconnect vendor like #Google's #IronwoodTPU? Or #Huawei?

The #AIbubble is going to take almost all #datacenter with it. If it's on proprietary US chips we should really call it "center" and reserve "centre" for #RVA23 and other #opensource chips only. Consider it part of the metric system to use #RISC-V standard profiles. Maybe exceptions for #Akhetonics.
