So one tag was reserved for just autistics. Method of diagnosis had nothing to do with it. If you said you were autistic, that was good enough for the community as a whole. Some proposed other tags, such as #allautistics, to clear up confusion, but at the time, that didn't stick.

I don't understand why we're fighting each other. Just b/c I might have been DX'd with something slightly different a decade ago doesn't lessen my solidarity w/ other autistics. It makes me more passionate for #AllAutistics' well-being & I love discovering what we have in common!
