Street lights, traffic lights and a passing car reflected in wet pavement early today.
As usual, I walked around the building in the dark this morning while awaiting the time to start my laundry. A little rain overnight and a passing car in the darkness helped with an #AlphaberChallenge #WeekNforNight entry.
This photo by Jack Greenwood shows a telegraph pole with wires leading off in all directions above houses against a cloudy blue sky.

I miss London.
This painting by Jack Greenwood shows three different viewpoints of a Morris Minor car on a sage green background with a logo in the middle and the name of the car, Conrad is also written.
A neighbour was having to let her iconic Morris Minor go and wanted a momento, so she commissioned me to do this little painting.

This photo by Jack Greenwood shows a painting by Jack from a still of the film Out of the Blue by Dennis Hopper. It shows Dennis in the car next to Linda Man. The car is a convertible with a red interior. A blurred leafy street is in the background. Jack posted a different painting he did of Dennis Hopper on Instagram and two film producers got in touch saying they loved it and Dennis would have two. Jack then painted this picture to auction off as they were raising funds for the 4k release of the film. It sold to another filmmaker and went to live in an apartment in Manhatten. On a side note, when Jack was living under London Bridge Station, he came out one day and in the tunnel, Dennis Hopper was there taking photographs and Jack met him and he got his autograph.

This photo shows Jack Greenwood in a black hat with long hair and glasses and wearing a double breasted jacket in front of a stone fireplace with lights strung across it.
Everything went easy like Sunday morning yesterday.
Eating was good.

This photo by Jack Greenwood shows Jack wearing a hat and glasses, and has shoulder length hair. He types at an old fashioned typewriter. He has a Twin Peaks owl cave symbol tattoo on his finger.
I liked the idea of typing letters until I realised how easy it was to make a mistake. I tend to make a lot as my concentration isn't too good.
It's a pain in the ass.
I still like the tactile experience of it though.

In the painting 'We Were Quite Poor' by Jack Greenwood the scene depicts a young Jack being bathed on a Sunday by his mother in a tub in front of an open fire. His sister sits smoking in a rocking chair in the left of the picture. A towel lays over the chair drying between uses in front of the fire. Below that Jack's brother sits on the floor with his back to us in a blue dressing gown. In the right bottom corner the top of a red wooden chair can be seen tucked under a table with a candle and a slug on. There was no electricity as it was cut off. In the far right corner there is a big ominous bunny with red eyes next to a chest of drawers with another candle on. Below that we see Jack's younger sister sat in a chair eating a marmite sandwich. The shadow of a hanged man and a window pane are on the wall. An open doorway shoes the kitchen beyond with a pan of water boiling on the gas hob. A window beyond that shoes the silhouette of a bear.
