This is a black and white landscape shot of the inside of the Glenwood Springs train station filled with passengers waiting for their Amtrak. The entire vibe feels like you are in the late 1800's or early 1900's. The bottom of an ornate wood staircase is on the left. Directly next to it is a large archway into a waiting area that takes up half the frame. Both inside and outside the arch are at least five low hanging ceiling fans with lights and a couple of ornate light fixtures with frosted glass. The waiting area itself is made up of long wooden benches and passengers are seated. There are at least three rows and 15-20 passengers seated with their backs or fronts showing. There is an older gentleman with a white beard staring right at the camera, elbows on his knees and wearing a baseball cap. A couple sits behind him. In the center of the arch is a man with his back to the camera walking into the waiting area, backpack slung over his shoulder, wearing jeans and a baseball cap/. To his immediate right and sitting directly in the arch is an older lady with a tank top, glasses and short hair sitting in front of her large dark roller board suitcase and staring at her older dog who is checking out the man with the backpack, The dog is tiny--a miniature greyhound and is dressed in a jacket for the upcoming trip. Other passengers are seated behind her including one older lady standing and staring intently at something. Various art pieces adorn the back wall as does an LED screen with the schedule and a traditional clock. The other half of the frame on the right is an old school ticket window. There are two windows & the top half is frosted glass with the word tickets in the center of each. The bottom half is covered in bars with space at the bottom to pass tickets. There is a small wooden counter underneath & a doorway beyond the windows to enter the ticket office, A bottle of Purell, Kleenex and Flowers adorn the counter. The scene is a mix of old & new.

The Glenwood Springs #Colorado train station. The retro vibe was so strong I felt transported back in time (except for the Purell and the LED Screen).
