Sunday anime feature! #AngelsEgg I feel like I’ve been aware of this one for a long time, but I may be confusing it with something else; not sure of the western home video release history. Possibly it was mentioned in an article in Anime Insider magazine in the mid-aughts. Either way, WORK OF ART!

Behind her is a backdrop of a big spiral shell fossil, set to a very low opacity because i haven't decided what i wanna do with it yet. the image is ornately framed like an old storybook or midieval manuscript, or at least it will be when i finish it. for now, this is what makes up the frame: the top is a real skull png with giant angel wings, as a fossil, like the angel fossil in Angel's Egg, the bottom is image.friend with the endoginy legs like in Ralsei's chapter 3 monologue. the sides are two shapes... like uh.... tootsie roll shape? i dont know how else to describe. in the left one nearest to noelle is a rose at the bottom, on the bottom of the right one is a dead rose with the petals fallen to the bottom of the shape. sprouting from the lower pionted tip of the tootsie roll shapes are roots, and from the top are 2 eggs reminiscent of the new eggs at the end of angel's egg, but pointed up instead of on their side, because it looks better and more like the eggs in deltarune. idk. lots of empty space.
