This year I wanted to do the second smallest penguin, the Galapagos Penguin! Endemic to the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador. The cool waters of the Humboldt allow it to survive despite the tropical latitude.

I wanted to draw her at maximum puff, but I drew the rest of her facial features too large and she just appears frazzled. Human arms giving a duel thumbs up were added because that's her general vibe.
