Achillea millefolium, yarrow. An umbel of many small white flowers, four-petalled. Blurry grey-green BG.
Antennaria lanata, wooly pussytoes. In the foregournd a small group of several unopened buds on the end of a stem. The BG is quite blurry and shows the basal rosette of grey green leaves and an interesting pattern of crisscrossing orange-brown and grey-brown pine needles.
Antennaria umbrinella, umber pussytoes. The beautiful wooly texture of the mat-forming silvery grey green basal rosettes and among them the pouffed open brown seedheads with seeds that will soon deploy a pappus to be wind dispersed.
