Same background as the pictures in the original post, only with different text: Today, he had turned eighteen, and he got to see his friends having fun. He got to see them each hang out with a new crowd with different people whom Asahi barely knew. It felt a little like a prelude to graduation. The smaller clusters each holding one of his close friends, Nishi, Daichi, Suga, and Mao. With Yusuke even completely out of the picture, it looked so much like small frames of different places. It was a perfect metaphor for diverging paths, still connected but each on their own with new people in the picture. This would be them in less than half a year. It made Asahi stand closer to his boyfriend and take Takkun's hand firmly in his. There had to be enough space in Takkun's frame for both of them.
This was my original choice of excerpt, then I decided to go with something more light-hearted.

Did a Time Machine backup of my M1 Max MacBook Pro earlier today and just finished installing Fedora Asahi Remix 43 on the laptop.
I opted to go with GNOME this time around, since that's what I'm using on my other laptops.

I hadn't had a chance to re-install Fedora Asahi Remix on my M1 Max MacBook Pro after I wiped the laptop and re-installed macOS on it. May have to give it a go this weekend.

Screenshot of system monitor on debian bananas running kde plamsa. It shows that I have 10.9GiB/30.9GiB of memory in use, 348.9GB/1.6TB of disk in use, 5.1% of CPU in use. I'm running plasma version 6.3.6, qt version is 6.8.2, and KDE frameworks version is 6.13.0. The applications cpu and mem is as such: system monitor: 1.2% cpu and 183.2MB mem zen browser: 0.8% cpu and 3.9GB mem cinny: 0.2% cpu and 1.1GiB of mem The rest don't have any CPU registering, so I will only describe memory. discover: 155.8MiB Nextcloud: 106.9MiB calendar reminders: 57.9MiB KDE Connect: 36.1MiB Xwayland video bridge 33.3MiB Wezterm: 267.0MiB (I've blocked out my SSID, hostname, and IP address)
