New bill for services for my Internet

Last month's bill for Internet.

So the local Internet service just raise their prices by about 15 bucks. I guess it pays to pay attention to your bill when it arrives every month. I tried calling and guess what? There is over an hour wait for an answer. I even have my own modem. #astound #astoundinternet

#AstoundInternet charges for better speeds, but if that service isn't working, they send out a tech who may find the problem is on your end (ie; your hardware or software is out of date and they haven't ever expressed you need an update), then they charge you 80 bucks. Thieves.
