View of Mt Barney from the Yellow Pinch summit lookout, under a brooding overcast sky. The first 15mins of the walk to the lookout is all uphill, the second 15mins is even more so. But it's a pretty cool view of the lush valley and impressive mountain.

At over 1350m elevation, #MtBarney is a formidable edifice.
On the weekend we were camping nearby, half a dozen teenagers were stuck on the mountain overnight. Thankfully, they were safely airlifted out the next morning.

The section of Logan River right at the end of Upper Logan Rd is stunning. Large rocks strewn throughout create fabulous cascades and spaces for plants to grow midstream.
