Had two autistic near meltdowns.
1. On a patio conversation goes fuzz, find myself with tunnel vision at my glass of sparkling water.
2. At lunch for 22, all happy from beer and wine. Noise almost sends me into a panic attack.
Escaped to my room where I can nap.

So had a total meltdown today.
My husband and I were having a lovely roadtrip.
There was a miscommunication about the map. We had an argument where I saw my mistake and had the meltdown, screaming and everything. At times, I hate that my autism hates imperfection. 😥🤬😢

Tomorrow we are going on a car trip. Only 3 hours from home and we're staying only a few nights, but my autism goes into overwhelm at the thought of having to remember everything that has to go with us.
Anyone else like this when it comes to prepping for trips?
