Well on hindsight, clearly Cameron was right.**
For what it's worth, I did thoroughly enjoy those scenes. I never felt #Avatar was too long (though #Avatar2, well that's another discussion, and perhaps a more controversial one)

Everything I had to criticize at #Avatar2 is in #Avatar3 gone! The characters have depth, emotions, they have different goals and that makes the movie so much better. The visuals are again better than before and I love the acting by the kids compared to the second.

#Avatar2 is a gorgeous movie. It's that kind of movie you watch when you have a lot of time and just want to relax.
The soundtrack is as always beautiful, the acting isn't that good as in the first, but the visuals are 100x better. But it's very long to watch.
