Ordinance no. 71620 (" #incentivereform ") needs an update to mandate that the BOA receive disclosure from a City of St. Louis government body of ALL incentives previously awarded to the business/developer & at the property.

The Comptroller’s office hasn’t provided the incentive application submitted by or on behalf of Adlers CPA, for which I submitted a Sunshine request on 1/20/25.

BB 166 = Earnings & payroll tax reimbursements for accounting firm Anders for “tenant improvements” at 800 Market. HUDZ did not hear from any city office or department responsible for evaluating the tax break.😡

The statement about the value of the earnings/payroll tax reimbursements in #BOAbb166 was made by Maggie Kost of Greater St. Louis. Kost is "Chief Business Attraction Officer" for GSL.

Which entity of City government processed the application from Anders CPA?

#BOABB166 passes unanimously on a previous roll vote.

I wasn't able to listen to most of the presentation or testimony. I think two members of the public testified in person.

I suspect Sweeney's role as a registered lobbyist for Greater St. Louis wasn't disclosed to the committee.
