Per the Assessor's records (accessed today) the Gateway Arch Park Foundation has not closed on the property.
Gateway Regal Holdings LLC is still shown as the property owner.
Fact check Saturday: the present owner of the Millennium hotel property is current on its real estate tax payments.
Contrast with some hotel operators (that received tax breaks) and prominent local developers.
