Trimmed back another £9k of #BRWM yesterday to bring it to 10k. May prove to be trimming the flowers etc... but I've sat and watched gains evaporate before and over target commodities exposure.

Trimmed this chunk of #BRWM back to 16k today to bank 5k. That's more than replaced the 4k tax we paid taking it out of the SIPP to gift into son's ISA 😁

Just back from month away and pleased to see #BRWM allocation going ok so far whilst we've been YOLOing. Few PE holdings like #OCI, #IPO, #ICGT done well too. I'm liking the much more boring look to our PFs

Added 16k of #BRWM to bring commodities exposure up to 5%. Hoping it fares better than previous inflation-linked decisions.

#BRWM is at a good price point for long term.

Hopefully it’s the start of a sustained recovery. The Chinese economy is still a mess - property particularly - but stock markets can be predictive rather than responsive and let’s hope that’s the case here. My China related stocks #JCGI and #PRU are finally showing signs of life, #BRWM too.

Weekly roundup, pf up 0.99% compared to my benchmark at +0.45%.
#EML (med pos) & #RBW (v sml) were the winners along with #BRWM in the ITs.
Big detractor was #PXC which must be the most un-correlated stock to good news on the market.

Slowly building up my income p/f .small steps but it's working so far.

I’m back to break even on #BRWM after having bought in 10 days too early. At least I’ll get the dividend next week. Not sure for how long this Chinese stimulus will buoy mining stocks as there have been plenty of false dawns already. Or has China finally found its bottom?

Just shows how much (Chinese) luck goes towards any credit one might claim for being a timing genius as #BRWM at 521p this morning.

Added 7.5k of #BRWM in my SIPP nudging commodities holdings overall up towards 5%. Ex 5p div on 5th so probably be able to buy it 10p cheaper than my 531 on Friday 🤣

I bought a load of #BRWM last week hoping to ride up the stock and the sector as both appear to have come off their lows. Unfortunately it went a bit lower
Basic Mats is an early cycle sector leader, although I have no clear view if a new cycle is actually about to start! It does feel like it should
