Grilled up some maple garlic chicken (mmm), and with it a Bright Wave “West Coast” IPA from Counter Weight Brewing Co. (Cheshire CT). The pine flavor gets its due here, and it’s 7%, so it’s a reasonable East-Coast representative of the genre, and for that I’ll give them credit. #BeerSky #BskyBeer

Lindsey’s Lager by Brass Bear Brewing in Santa Barbara. 5% American lager. Very light to almost no aroma. Light bodied, no bitterness, almost fruity.
