I just made BBQ brisket quesadillas. I didn’t grow up with Passover traditions, but I claim that one! Alongside: a Hofbräuhaus Traunstein (Germany) Weissbier. It has good flavor, but the aftertaste poops out a little bit. I wish it retained just a little more bite at the end. #BeerSky #BskyBeer

My son and I just had "breakfast for dinner", and now I've got a Green Wizard West Coast IPA from Widowmaker Brewing (Braintree, MA). It's good, but for some reason "West-Coast" IPAs made here in the East tend to have the citrus dominate over the pine, and this is no different. #BeerSky #BskyBeer
