#BTC60 Dram 5: Palate delivers creamy smoke, is there such a thing! Very drying delivering heafty PPM on the taste buds with a side serve of rich fruit and treacle sweetness. Truly a dram worthy of Arthur Brown #BlindDrams

R5: some water adds a little sweetness to the nose, the palate gains a creamy texture and dark chocolate raspberries

Dram 5 nose - ooft, a smokey bacon punch in the face. Whiff of jam in the background, a pleasant sweetness.

#BTC60 Dram 4: Palate has chocolate Medjool dates, spiced Christmas nuts, hot apple strudel all of which combines to deliver a lingering warm spiced finish which definitely suggests “ Cinnamon Girl” by Neil Young #BlindDrams

Better late than never! A wonderful visit from friends has put me about an hour behind but it's time for #btc60 #blinddrams as it's time for a groovy 60 silent disco apparently.

Dram 4 palate - malty, zesty & creamy. Bitter lemon & zesty/sour orange notes with a hint of vanilla.

The pleasant sweetness elevates this one over dram 2, although a drop of water certainly required.

#BTC60 Dram 3: Palate delivers a pepper spice that lingers but definitely still getting that “Sugar and spice” from the searchers. Mixed fruit with a touch of grated lemon zest brings up a Christmas mince pie finish #BlindDrams

P3: Thick and fruity; maple syrup, apple pancakes, toffee apples. Finish is quite spicy, with chilli poweder and ginger
R3: Water adds more fruit to the nose, but weakens the palate and adds saltiness
