You are in a tiny coffee shop. An advertisement board promises 100% Kona coffee, brewed any way you like it. An espresso machine with a metal milk can on top is in front of you, but your attention falls to a siphon system. You step towards it, ordering your coffee, brewed by the siphon. Its glass contraptions sitting over a metal gas heater. Water is heated in the bottom glass chamber over a gas flame, lighting up the otherwise dark room with a cozy orange-pink glow. It’s peaceful, you look around. Shelves are lined against the wall across from you, standing next to the siphon watching the water bubble.

I’ll never not visit a local coffee shop and pull out a camera to capture proof of my community support.
Just unfortunate this one didn’t make it through the pandemic. The memories live on though.
