Stewed potatoes.

Patate in Umido, or Tuscan stewed potatoes, from the #MilkStreet #BackroadsItaly cookbook. Came out good. I used a 4qt Staub cocette to make it but if I make it again I think it would go better in the wider but shallower Staub all-day pan.
