Shaheen said 8 democrats who voted for the #BadUglyDeal had been "negotiating" with #MAGAGOP the whole time. I think the only thing they were negotiating was when they would end the shutdown for GOP. GOP knew they did not have to compromise because the fix was in from the beginning. #StepDownSchumer
