Senior 2: Owls 1 Bangor 1 Our second hockey match at Roughfort on Saturday was the Senior 2 clash between Owls and Bangor. With the Owls battling to get out of the relegation zone this game was a lot more tense and measured than my earlier goal bonanza. In fact there was no score until the final quarter.

Anderson Cup: Bangor 3 South Antrim 2 Final We caught up with the Anderson Cup final between Bangor and South Antrim at Havelock Park on Wednesday night. The teams battled out a tight first quarter with Bangor just edging it on chances created. However, South Antrim took the lead in the 23rd minute when Chris Kent knocked in the rebound from his own shot for a 0 -1 lead.
