I happened to be there when it was being shot!

The annoying tranny in the Silver Blue Gypsy hanging around the sets?!

That was ME!! 😂

While the 2004 Hollywood film "The Notebook" inspired many of the scenes, core idea of Barfi! seems to be heavily inspired from 1993 film "Benny & Joon" - which was a story about a mentally ill girl in love with an eccentric man played by Jonny Depp.
