Screen capture image from the video recording of the 6.28.2022 LCRA board meeting, which was conducted via Zoom. The recording was obtained in response to a Sunshine request to the St. Louis Development Corp. The meeting predates the launch of SLDC's YouTube channel in January 2023. Video recordings of the SLDC-staffed development boards held prior to 1.1.2023 are not posted on the Develop St. Louis YouTube channel. See link in bio for SLDC's YouTube channel.

Following Bar-K's closure, I'm rewatching the St. Louis #LCRAstl meeting held on 6.28.22.
LCRA voted 2 - 1 to authorize a $7M + increase in the value of tax abatement for the #4591McRee project, now dubbed "The Rail." No approval by the Board of Aldermen was required.
