I live about 9 miles inland from the #AtlanticOcean. Under no circumstances what I buy a condo on a #barrierisland in #SouthFlorida, such as #MiamiBeach. Too much construction and the buildings are sinking. Flooding is rampant. Not worth the aggravation.
