Part two. They had me in the first half, not gonna lie, but when my reinforcements arrived, I was able to turn it arround. But only through sheer luck hitting two shots on 5+, destroying their M113 contesting my objective.

So here is at least a bit of Progress I made. The #Heroics&Ros #6mm cold war line is very good for the most part but the #ADATS lacked a few distinct details like the boxes on the hood, so I added them myself.

I've been slacking the last few weeks but for a good reason: I abandoned an almost finished project just to bring a new one to 90% and then abandoning it 🫣 One of them was the counterpart for my #6mm #NVA the Canadians, who just need basing.

Last one about the #NVA. The #2S1Gvozdika from Heroics and Ros came with level guns and I thought that doesn't look right for artillery. So I cut all the barrels, drilled them and pinned them and now they are very erect.

Here are some details of the #NVA east german Infantry. The base design would be central european meadows with a few bushes and some grooves cut by armoured vehicle tracks and a few craters.

So, here are some detail shots of different Units. Its really hard to paint camo at that scale but I wanted them to stand out. I used masking putty and #airbrush. The pattern is based on true #NVA manuals but never saw widespread use afaik.
