I used to read about this “perfect” woman in Proverbs 31 and crumble under the weight. But one verse changed everything: “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.” (Prov. 31:30) Living a life that honors God is not a checklist. . .

The woman written about in Proverbs 31 had a relationship with God from the heart. Out of that relationship, she lived. Her life flowed from the inside out, not from performing her way to perfection.
