I'm not ready to do a #BigYear (of birds) yet but I'm doing a #BigPastryYear. Here are a couple I added this morning: a kouign-amann, a (savory) croissant, and a bostock (not sure if that counts as a pastry but I'll do more reading; I mean it has frangipane on it). Very happy right now. 🪶🥧
