One of the old 12" bikes I worked on today, a 12" bike with brakes. Who puts brakes on a bike this small? It seems like it is always the tiny, cute bikes that have the biggest problems!

Twice a week I volunteer to fix kids bikes, often cobbled together with parts of old bikes. There are so many old bikes in the Netherlands, and every one seems unique!
