Southbound bike lane on Chesterfield Ave. Lane is paved, though street was closed yesterday (Feb 17).
Bike lane closed sign and shipping pallets block the westbound bike lane on Esplanade Street near the Fresh Street Market (nee IGA).
The new section of bike lane on the northwest corner of Esplanade St and Chesterfield Ave was partially open yesterday.
Unfortunately, the existing westbound lane on Esplanade was being used as an unloading zone.

What I'm saying is that #RecklessCyclists make Montreal's #BikeLanes UNsafe for other #cyclists & #pedestrians.
I have had VERY close calls as both a #cyclist & a #pedestrian, & I have witnessed reckless cyclists endangering other people.

It's BS to pretend reckless cyclists endanger "no-one else".
