This is fantastic!! I have suggested many times that a great replacement for the #HolidazzleParade would be a #BikeParade instead, easy to have bikes-as-floats and folks in costume, LED lights, a super short route down Nicollet. No matter what anyone says it was a popular thing. This is fun.
