#BlackDovesNetflix was actually pretty decent. Sarah Lancashire was, as always, fuckin brilliant!

Okay, the 2nd problem with #BlackDovesNetflix is that it's simultaneously trying to be a gritty, fraught spy drama and a heartwarming Christmas story about family.

The 3rd problem is that it tries to convince me a Tory minister can get through a conversation without shrieking about 'blood purity.'

Just binged #BlackDovesNetflix and loved it. I highly recommend it. @Keira_Knightley and #benwishaw are amazing as is #SarahLancashire who plays the chess master very well indeed. #thriller #darkcomedy #spies #espionage #banter
