Asking because consensus was that there was very little to be learnt Federally last weekend in SA’s Black by-election. #blackvotes
According to @pollbludger.bsky.social, the declaration votes show a swing of only 12% to Labor TPP instead of the 13.1% for election day booths. Not sure how much to come but still devastating for the Libs. #blackvotes
I’m sure the Black by election had very few Federal implications but I can tell you that a lot of Adelaideans don’t want a nuclear power station upwind of us. #blackvotes
Oh, and we quite like our rooftop solar and would be quite upset if we had to turn them off because nuclear is so inflexible.
Takeaways:
1. SA Liberals- don’t treat your electorate like fools. Second time you’ve lost your leader and second time you’ve paid for it.
2. You have to ask yourself why Family First bothers. Not out of double figures in any booth.
