Click on English, find English (probably first one) and turn it off!

Inside the labels button you can select Suggestive, Nudity, Adult and Graphic Media.

Advice for new Bluesky users:

Try and find feeds which are more curated. A lot of uncurated feeds can get really spammy, unless it's too niche for the bots to bother with.
