Botrytis Semillon at its richest. Honeyed peaches. There's a good biting acidity that helps. Fab with Manchego.

Plum, prune nose with hints of leather, clove.
Blackcurrant flavour, woody notes, tannin.
Not as concentrated as nose suggests. Long finish with a big hit of alcohol.
