There will be video calls, bake sales, bedroom Tea Parties For M.E., chats on social media, IV stands decorated in blue, garden parties with family and friends, cake baking, and much more. Whether you're spending the day with others or by yourself, I hope you have a lovely day. There are so many of us joining in today in whatever way we can. It's so nice to know we're not in this on our own. #BlueSunday2025
There were people joining in on Blue Sunday last year, who are tragically no longer with us. We us remember them, and also think of those who aren't able to enjoy tea and cake with us today; those with Very Severe M.E. and those whose symptoms are exacerbated by something that was once a treat.
