The image shows a dark sky p\over some roofs, with a bright Moon in the centre. The Moon is overexposed, with some internal camera reflections near it. Jupiter is visible as a bright spot below the Moon. To the left of Jupiter are stars Pollux and Castor in Gemini, at right part of constellation Orion is visible.

The image shows a starry sky with the Pleiades star cluster at top, just left of centre. Planet Uranus is visible as a starlike spot lower right of centre. It is marked by an arrow.

The image shows a starry sky with a short streak of light right of centre, in the constellation Cassiopeia. The streak is experimental communications satellite BlueWalker3. Close inspection shows a faint streak of light at bottom left of centre. This is another satellite. The image was gtaken at 18:35 UT.

The evening started with a nice clear sky. Images showing the #Moon and #Jupiter in #Gemini, #Jupiter with its four large moons, the #Pleiades with planet #Uranus (marked with arrow), and #BlueWalker3 satellite in #Cassiopeia. @leonoor.bsky.social @waddensky.nl @tubaniels.bsky.social

A nice pass of #BlueWalker3 satellite this evening. It is quite bright lately and differing from many passes in the past it is bright regardless its angle with the sun. Constellation Hercules at right, Aquila with Altair at left. Image taken 27 September 2025 21:27:10 CEST. @cosmos4u.bsky.social

The image shows a starry sky, with bright planet Jupiter above centre, star Aldebaran in constellation Taurus below centre, and open star cluster Hyades just to the right of it. A streak 'through' the Hyades is satellite BlueWalker3. Anther satelliet is visible at top.

#BlueWalker3 satellite during a nice pass in front of the #Hyades tonight around 20:24 CEST. Moving fron WNW to SE, getting brighter in the SW. Planet #Jupiter above centre, another satellite at top. @petervogel.bsky.social @waddensky.nl @leonoor.bsky.social

The image shows a blueish sky, with some stars visible. Above centre satellite BlueWalker 3 shows up as a short streak.

Another bright pass of #BlueWalker3 satellite this evening. Image taken at 19:50 CET, in deep twilight. Bright star at left is Capella in constellation Auriga. @petervogel.bsky.social

The image shows a deep blue twilight sky with a bright streak below centre. This is ISS. Just visible are the main stars of constellation Orion, with star Rigel at lower right.

The image shows a starry sky over the top of a building and an exhaust pipe. In the centre of the image a bright streak shows ISS. To the left of it are the bright dot of planet Jupiter, and bright star Aldebaran and the Hyades star cluster below it. To the right of it is star cluster Pleiades. ISS crossed the sky between them. The sky was very transparant all night.

The image shows a starry sky with a small streak left of centre. This is the BlueWalker3 satellite. To the left of it is star Capella in constellation Auriga. BlueWalker3 is an experimental communication satellite. It is essentially a 65 square meter flat phase array antenna, oriented towards Earth. The upper side of the antenna is covered with solar cells and an instrument box. From Earth you are looking at the antenna face which is not very bright. As a consequence of this the apparent brightness of BlueWalker3 can vary considerably, strongly depending on the sun angle.

Two passes of space station #ISS last night. 1st pic at 19:29 CET through Orion in twilight, 2nd pic at 21:05 CET near Jupiter. 3rd pic shows #BlueWalker3 at 20:22 CET near Capella. @leonoor.bsky.social @johanklos.bsky.social @sjbastro.bsky.social @davidbflower.bsky.social @daveatcogs.bsky.social

The image shows a twilight sky, with some brown hues at bottom, top of a chimney and tree too. At upper right is a bright dot which is Venus. Mercuey is a tiny dot left and below of centre of the image. At top a contrail crosses the image.

The image shows a blavk sky, with planet Jupiter as a bright dot at lower left. To the upper left of Jupiter four tiny dots are visible. These are the big Galilean moons of the planet. At upper right a few background stars are visible. I like to add stars in these kind of pictures. When looking at the planets of our solar system we are always looking beyond our system too, into deep space.

The image shows a starry sky, darker at right than at left, because of stray light of the three-quarter Moon. The Moon's light made it difficult to catch satelliet BlueWalker3, which shows up as a faint streak above the centre of the image. BlueWalker3 is notorious for its diffcult to predict brightness. I hadn't seen this satellite since 26 August 2024. Image taken at 20:45 CET on 10 March 2025.

Another clear sky tonight! Here are #Venus and #Mercury (1st pic), #Jupiter with its four Galilean moons and a few background stars (2nd pic), and satellite #BlueWalker3 (3rd and 4th pic) which I hadn't seen since 26 August 2024. @leonoor.bsky.social @johanklos.bsky.social @petervogel.bsky.social
