In my efforts to learn more about best approaches to #BorderlinePersonality recovery, I'm finding an upsetting amount of anecdotes that Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is not all that helpful, despite it being the current "gold standard" for #BPD treatment. Yikes y'all!
