That TikTok #Boursin viral pasta recipe is a great way to use up garden cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil (and spinach, optional).
You toss it into an oven baking dish with olive oil and salt and pepper (red pepper flakes if you like them) and walk away. (Add the basil last)
