Isn't it a testimate to #ClimateChange that #whales would now choose to do this in #brackish water? It doesn't strike me as a happy event... but that could just be my whale ignorance shining through again... wouldn't be a 1st for me.

Daytime scene in a large city on a clear, sunny day, facing the brackish waters of a broad tidal estuary, often referred to as a river; although this area.is known for its unpredictable currents, today is a calm day and several boaters are out on the water, as well as a jet ski rider and a public city ferry making its rounds to other boroughs; in the distance are two of the bridges that connect the small, minor islands of one borough to the other borough; one bridge, a red through-arch bridge is strictly for railroad trains and the other, a lift, truss, and suspension bridge, carries mostly automobile traffic; it also has a pedestrian passage, however it is quite unpleasant; the water and the sky are clear and blue.
