I was the first to get on the objective, round 4... That turned out to be the last round. 1 brave NCO survived 2 armies shooting at him and won me the match 🎉

Boosted by their recent victory over the #BritishAirborne , the Germans know they must counter attack in the coming days whilst the paras are isolated. Reinforcements are needed for the counter, so I’ve built a couple of Pz IV which I’ll paint tomorrow. Really nice little kits from Battlefront #15mm
The end game: After 2 attempted assaults on the 1st Wespe battery the #BritishAirborne have broken, losing almost a complete company, to just 1 platoon of Germans.…..will make for an interesting next game in the campaign as they still control the road from the beaches #BlitzkriegCommander #15mm

A couple of bases to do tomorrow but heres 1400 points of #BritishAirborne ready for Saturday’s game (The Guns at Besanien Church). Rules: #BlitzkriegCommander in #15mm Loving painting these :-)
A quick wash and a drybrush and this kids Corgi spitfire (which happens to be almost spot on scale wise for #15mm) will do just fine for supporting the #BritishAirborne raid on the church at Besanien this weekend.
I’m no Hicks but I have managed a very blobby camo net for the side of my #15mm recce Cromwell and added some Jerry cans, spare ammo etc which I’ve started painting. Need to get this and a few other bits finished for my Normandy campaign game on Saturday #BlitzkriegCommander #BritishAirborne
Dug in battery of Wespe supported by dug in MGs and a company of Panzer Grenadiers in the countryside around the church VS an under strength company of #BritishAirborne (with MG, mortar and Pack75 support) + a troop of Cromwell recce from 6th AAR, and an FAC and Spitfire on call…..should be fun!
Sorting the next scenario for my #15mm solo campaign of #BlitzkriegCommander in Normandy. Looks like the #BritishAirborne will be pushing through Besanien and trying to secure the area around the church on the South side of town where the Germans have Artillery dug in.
