This year being 2025, the neighborhood fixtures and lighting from 2007 appear old and dated even for the time--since they were installed in late 1980s when the then business improvement district began purchasing and installing them.

The western entry point to the Fulton Street Mall, shopping district of Downtown Brooklyn, 2007. At Fulton & Adams Streets. Designs of these old and dated fixtures were removed during the sidewalk and road repaving of 2010 with more modern fixtures and seating.
