The person on the left is staring at the viewer while drops of sweat forming on their face, holding a paintbrush while there are several eyes, which are painted in red in the black background, watch closely around the helpless person. Whereas the person on the right is smiling with her while looking at the person next to her while holding a wooden pencil. Above her is the sky with the bright sun and a cloud with birds flying. A few of the birds were merged with the red eyes somewhere in the middle where it blends between the dull black background and the expressive strokes of vivid colours.
