COMPLETE: Tulare Street Underpass and Grade Separation in Fresno!
The Authority, alongside local and state leaders, celebrated the completion of the project with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Fresno's Historic Chinatown.

Unfortunately, due to opposition from utilities, the scope of the bill has been narrowed to the High Speed Rail Authority, but the bill is still an important step to resolving the issue of utility relocation delays that plague this critical project to this day. #BuildHSR #SB445
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: The Avenue 17 Grade Separation in Madera County will improve east to west mobility! π€
Once a dead end, the grade separation will allow vehicular traffic to travel along Ave 17β―from Lake St.β―to Raymond Rd, over the existing freight & future HSR tracks.ππ¨

The overpass is ready to be paved & striped! When complete, the grade separation will take traffic over State Route 43, the BNSF & future HSR tracks. ππ¨
