Celebrants of Burma's Annual Water Festival collect water into tin and plastic containers in preparation of dousing each other with the water. The groups are separated by gender. Women on one side, men on another. The first photograph show the women holding their containers, anticipating the moment the second they're given the go signal. The second photographs shows each group dousing the other with droplets of water splashing all over each other and in the air.
