A white-margined burrower bug. The bug is faxeing left n the photo and is one top of a plant. It mostly black, with white showing on the body beneath the wings. It also has alternating black and white spots on the antennae, which are fairly long and split out in a V formation. There are also three white dots spaced out over the back of its head.
