One of my favorite #legends is the #BusbyStoopInn chair, cursed by Thomas Busby before his execution in 1702 in North Yorkshire. Later dated to 1840 ☹️😁, it was donated to the #Thirsk museum in 1978 after several deaths were attributed to it. Check out out it’s Wikipedia article #FolkyFriday
